Wail of Doom good in pve?
So i was thinking wail of doom, there was another thread about this, it said you can practically have it 24/7 on someone with a 4 sec gap, so i was thinking how bout pve. Like those HM end dungeon bosses, and those annoying 2 HM monks in one group? rendering them useless would be a great advantage. So what you guys think

Maybe on the HM dungeon bosses.
Spellcasters, maybe, but BHA + Epidemic solves casters in HM. Melee, maybe, but Enfeebling Blood solves melee in HM. |

Why a 4-second gap? If you echo it, then at 13 SR you have 4+4 = 8 seconds of coverage out of every 10.25 seconds.

Wail of doom would make pain inverter useless.
And the really difficult bosses use their own skills which arent linked to any attributes. |

No its pretty much pve useless unless you're gonna shut down npc healers or something. Don't forget bosses cut the hex time in half so that 4 secs is really only 2.
